Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all product tags fully intact. To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of purchase.
Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
For strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations, foundation garments, bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate shapewear cannot be returned or refunded once the original packaging has been opened, unsealed, or if the item has been tried on or worn against the skin. Additionally, sale items, promotional bundle offers, and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
The return process is simple. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or fulfillment center. If approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
