2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer tracked worldwide shipping! We ensure our shapewear collections are accessible to customers all across the globe. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific location.

3. Will I be responsible for customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may occasionally be subject to local import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by your destination country's government upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not managed, covered, or calculated by our store.

Order Tracking

4. How can I track my package?
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Why is my tracking link showing no updates?
It is completely standard for logistics carriers to take 24 to 72 hours to scan packages into their digital tracking systems after a label is first generated. If your link shows no progress after 3 business days, please drop us an email.

Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene

6. What is your return policy?
We stand by the premium quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the delivery date of your package to request a return. To be eligible, items must be entirely unused, unwashed, free of stains or perfume, and kept in their original packaging with tags intact.

7. How do I start a return or request a refund?
Simply email us at conturvebras@gmail.com stating your order details and the reason for the return. If your inquiry meets our criteria, our customer service team will provide you with the correct instructions and return address.

8. Can I return shapewear if it has been worn?
For strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations, garments that function as underwear, body suits, or intimate shapewear cannot be returned or refunded once they have been unwrapped, tried on, or worn against the skin.

9. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major secure payment channels, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as fully encrypted digital wallet systems such as PayPal and Apple Pay.

10. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
To guarantee fast transit times, our fulfillment center processes and packs shipments almost instantly. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately. Once an order has been handled or shipped out, we unfortunately cannot alter or cancel it.
